Tope’s writings go beyond entertaining and inspiring, she brings healings and answers to the mind of readers. She works with a social enterprise in Nigeria as the Director of Programs, designing and implementing digital inclusion and digital rights advocacy programs.
When she is not working, writing or studying, she likes to try new recipes. She makes her home in Lagos, Nigeria. Tope and her husband are lovers of God, books and nature.

Interests and Background
Tope has deep interests in women’s empowerment through the web. In 2015, she completed a country report for the World Wide Web Foundation based on the results of a household face-to-face survey conducted in urban poor residential areas in Lagos, seeking to identify the barriers to women’s access to and use of the internet in Nigeria, and make policy recommendations to address and overcome those barriers.
Tope Ogundipe has a B.Sc in Urban and Regional Planning from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Osun State, and holds a certificate in Strategy Execution training from the Lagos Business School. She worked with GTZ/Wilbahi to facilitate Stakeholder Integration Workshops across oil producing communities in Nigeria for the Niger Delta Development Commission (N.D.D.C), before joining Paradigm Initiative.
Tope Ogundipe currently serves as Paradigm Initiative’s Director of Programs. Until December 2016, she was the organisation’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing its 5 offices across Lagos, Aba, Kano and Abuja. She has managed various multi-million naira projects and vendors for PIN’s activities.
